Confidentiality & Quality Assurance

All LTCI Independent Eligibility Review Specialists, LLC members are licensed health care professionals, licensed physicians, or licensed in law.   As such, our members both individually, and collectively, subscribe to, and extensively practice the safeguarding of protected health information.   Confidential information is secured before, during and after the independent review process.

All LTCI IERS work product is subject to our internal 100% member peer quality review process prior to delivery to a client.  

Conflict of interest review conducted prior to acceptance of all cases. Cases presenting a conflict for any LTCI IERS member will be declined.
